Destroy and prevent the growth of: algae, mold, mildew and stain (biological blue stain type). SPC technology is efficient on absorbent substrates (wood, concrete, brick, canvas, etc.) as well as on non-absorbent surfaces (painted areas, glass, plastic, stainless steel, etc.). This product can be used full strength as a cleaner or as an additive to new grouting to prevent future growth of mold or mildew.
