SPC-901 Neutral and SPC-909 Neutra

 
SPC-901 Neutral and SPC-909 Neutral are multifunctional water based Hydrogen Peroxide coating removers. They work by penetrating through the coating layers and breaking the bond between the solid surface and the coating. As a result the residue will easily separate from the surface. Performance time will depend on the type of coating, its thickness, and the ambient temperature. If the temperature of the surface to be cleaned is elevated, the dwell time is reduced. At lower temperatures, the process can last longer. Removal of spent stripper and paint chips maybe accomplished by using a squeegee. The aircraft is then rinsed with pressurized water until clean.

Both products are manufactured for spray application, using industry standard airless spray equipment.

SPC-901 Neutral and SPC-909 Neutral are water based and pH neutral. They are designed to minimize health and environmental risks, are non carcinogenic and contain no toxic elements. They also significantly reduce the amount of hazardous waste generated in the paint stripping process.
